- I don't care what color your skin is.
- I don't care what sex you are.
- I don't care what your sexual orientation is.
- I don't care what your national origin is.
- I don't care what religion you belong to (if any).
- I don't care whether you believe in god, gods, or no god at all.
- I don't care what your political views are (if any).
- I don't care whether you're rich or poor.
- I don't care whether you're ugly or attractive.
- I don't care whether you're fat or thin.
- I don't care whether you're short or tall.
- I don't care what color your hair is.
- I don't care whether you're unseen or popular.
- I don't care whether you're a loner or social.
- I don't care whether you drink, smoke, or do drugs.
- I don't care what car you drive.
- I don't care how you dress.
- I don't care what music you like.
- I don't care how intelligent you are.
- I don't even care if you're sane, insane, or something in-between.
- I only care how you treat other living beings.
- If you're reading this, you're a human being. And it doesn't matter what you've done, what you're doing now, or what you might do, you're capable of forgiveness and of being forgiven. You're capable of empathy and compassion.
Cruelty, violence, intolerance, shallowness, greediness, superiority, cowardice, the lack of honesty, loyalty, respect, and integrity are among the only things I hate.
I believe in kindness.
We segregate ourselves on a daily basis, from the trivial to the complex and try to push our beliefs on others. And if they don't conform to our beliefs we deem them unfit of our kindness and respect.
This is not a passing issue, a geographically, culturally, politically, or religiously specific issue. Intolerance affects us all.
The only way to better yourself is to one: realize you're no better than anyone else in the first place and two: that bettering yourself is really only about how you feel about yourself. Do you deserve respect for the way you treat others?
